SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Our truffles are harvested and dispatched within 24 hours using overnight couriers and packaged carefully using ice packs and chiller packs. They are a perishable product, so if you have any concerns with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, detailing any issues and providing photographs if possible.
If in the unlikely event you do have an issue, we ask that the truffle be returned asap for evaluation.
LOSS & DAMAGE POLICY
All packages are tracked, and any risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been despatched. If an order is lost, the order will not be replaced until such a time as the original order has been located.
Please provide a delivery address where someone is expected to be onsite for delivery.
